What happens if the weather in Bagan is bad on my travel date?
You will get a full refund! If you are still in Bagan the day after we had to cancel your flight, you can ask our staff to reschedule it. We have tight safety rules, we don't fly if the wind is stronger than 25kms/h, if the wind blows in the wrong direction or if it is raining.
Why ballooning in Myanmar is more expensive than in some other countries?
Our pilots are all experts coming from foreign countries, our balloons were bought from the best manufacturer in Europe, around 50 local burmese people were hired to insure you a safe balloon ride and we also have to pay taxes to the Myanmar government.
How long in advance shall I book the ballooning experience?
The earliest is the best! Availabilities might change fast, please keep in mind that a last minute booking in Myanmar is not something possible since Myanmar has only recently opened up for tourism, travelling to Myanmar usually requires advance bookings.
